Today I will be talking about something that I think all women but not limited to Men’s also look for and all gender wants, and that is glowing fresh skin.
Now it is widespread that we all live in cities and some of us who don’t live in the cities, also there is so much pollution, and that affects our skin. So after a particular stage, we all feel our skin is not glowing enough.
Sometimes even young girls feel their skin is not glowing enough.
We can’t fix lousy air or water, but we can fix our diet and sleep Pattern.
Moreover, if we fix our diet, many things will lead to glowing skin.
First, I can say drink a lot of water because water and juices are hydrates our skin and cells.
It cleanses our body wastes. So eight to ten glasses of water or 4-5 liters of water every day will help you have a glowing skin. The second thing I would also recommend is that you should have a lot of foods which are suitable for the liver and digestive system.
So if your body is cleansed, it is fresh, then your skin is going to reflect that state of health. So things that are good for the liver, there are lots of nutrients and herbs.
One of the related items is methi sprouts. Yes, the methi seeds which are sprouted I am talking about only that. And they cleanse the liver. Coconut water another thing that’s very good for the liver. It decreases the wastes of the body and gives you a delicate, smooth, glowing skin.
Another essential thing is to have a glass of green vegetable juice in the morning ar in the late afternoon. And that, a glass of vegetable juice I call it a nutrient drink. Quick tips try to catch the colored fruits are always the best choice.
Now, what would it have?
It would have two tablespoons aloe -vera, it would have a pinch of turmeric powder, just a little bit of turmeric powder. It would have cucumber juice, and maybe it would have tomato or pulp of tomatoes in it. A fresh tomato that has been squeezed or juiced together. It would have a little piece of ginger or garden herbs like basil/mint.
Just a wee bit of ginger. Any fruit juice every morning in an empty stomach, your skin will start showing the changes. Along with that, if you have other sprouts or seeds like moong sprouts, chana sprouts, chia seeds, and hemp seeds in your diet. Jut a little bit, you know, like three tablespoons that will also start cleansing your lever.
Too much tea and coffee, which is very bad for the skin. Too much fatty food, or too much of fried food also one of the culprits for an unhealthy liver. Furthermore, of course, using too many chemicals on your face is never a wiser idea. So while using any chemicals, go natural like a papaya scrub, or you can powder moong dal and use the moong dal scrub for your face. Try to remain as natural as possible. Because natural fruit facials, natural creams are far better than too many chemicals, which some time people tend to use on the face.
For the glowing skin, it is also essential that you should have food on time. Because if you don’t have food on time, if you are hungry, if you are starving, skin starts showing it first. So it would be best if you had to take food on time, meals on time. Don’t try to skip meals during the day and then have a big meal during the night time, because that is not good for the skin and physical wellbeing. Also at night don’t have too much of slat. Because if you have salt, then the next morning, your face will be like puffy, which may not look good. So, it is also essential to have enough protein for the skin because our skin is also consisting of protein. So for a functional protein, of course, you have seeds, sprouts, you also have nuts.
For non-vegetarians, you have fish, which is lean fish, chicken. In summers avoid too many eggs, of course, in winter you can have eggs in your diet. Then you have nuts and oilseeds, such things like almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds.
So during the winters, you can have lots of these things because they are great for the skin glowing. And of course, try to use natural oils for your skin, avoid artificial situations, and have a lovely, glowing complexion.
